We introduced VxRail for the purpose of further optimizing the infrastructure environment, realizing significant space savings and operational efficiency. By using the remote support function provided by Dell Technologies, the work load in the event of a failure can be greatly reduced. We also contribute to the reduction of nighttime work for our customers.
