As the IT Planning Section, which is the information system department, is approaching the limit of being solely responsible for setting up PCs, it is a solution to greatly reduce the labor burden of the IT Planning Section associated with introduction and installation at the timing of PC renewal. We have adopted Dell Provisioning in conjunction with VMware Workspace One. A consistent solution from kitting to initial setup and maintenance contributes to a 90% reduction in man-hours required for PC installation.
